This is a delicious white burgundy originating from the premier cru vineyards of Chablis. Made from Chardonnay grapes grown in clay and limestone soil and fermented in oak barrels for 15 to 18 months, it boasts floral and herbaceous aromas and a rich palate defined by layers of pear, peach and distinctive Chablis minerality and salinity.
