Refund policy

1. Online Return Policy

• We accept returns of unopened and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery.
• Refunds apply to the cost of the item(s) only and exclude original shipping fees. Return label cost may also be deducted.
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days of returned items' arrival at our location.
• Please contact us at help@mrmarcel.com to confirm your return eligibility.
• Food items (non-perishable): Must be unopened and undamaged.
• Home goods: May be returned if unused, even if opened. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply if the outer packaging has been opened.
• Deli and dairy items—including cheese, fish, meat, poultry, and milk—are non-refundable.
• If an item arrives damaged, we can send a replacement at no additional cost or provide store credit for the value of the damaged item.

2. In-Store Purchase Return Policy

• Unopened products can be returned for store credit or exchange within 10 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt.
• Deli and dairy items—including cheese, fish, meat, poultry, and milk—are non-refundable.
• All sales on discounted or clearance items are final.

3. Catering & Events Refund Policy

• Order Timing: Catering orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance. For last-minute orders, call (323) 939-7792 or email rachelle@mrmarcel.com. Catering orders are for local delivery only.
• Payment: All catering orders are charged in full once confirmed via email or phone.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellations for ticketed events made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are eligible for a 50% refund.
    
  • Catering Orders canceled within 24 hours of scheduled delivery or pickup are not eligible for a refund.
  • Catering Orders canceled 24–48 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Orders or ticketed events canceled 48 hours or more in advance receive a full refund.
