OPINEL NO.220 INTEMPORA 6" CARVING KNIFE
This smaller chef's knife is ideal for cutting, and trimming. The dimpled blade remains rigid and stable when chopping and air pockets prevent cut material from sticking to the blade. The handle, in midnight blue, is ultra resistant to temperature, water and shock. With a fork, it can be used to perfectly slice all your favorite roasted meats or use it as your go-to knife to cut fruits and vegetables.
