Incredibly precise and elegant, this Sancerre from the Loire Valley boasts powerful aromas of citrus and mouthwatering minerality from the clay-limestone soils typical of the region. It is the perfect complement to seafood, risotto, white meats and cheese, in particular goat and blue varieties. Best served between 50 and 55 degrees Fahrenheit (10 and 13 degrees Celsius).
