The gordal olive, also referred to as the "queen olive", is a sizable, hearty variety originating from Andalucia. Its taste is reminiscent of the popular manzanilla olive, with a subtle and pleasant green flavor. The addition of Spanish Seasoning provides a unique herbal touch.
