Pinot Grigio grapes are left on their skins, along with native yeasts and no refrigeration, for eight days. They are then aged in Slavonian oak along with the fine lees for a year before bottling without sulfites or filtration. The result is an amber/dark pink wine with intense candied fruit flavors such as dried orange peel and apricot.
