Our artisanal red pepper cream is prepared by hand in a traditional way using fresh peppers. Sweet and very fragrant, it is delicious on small grilled toasts as an aperitif or in a sauce for breaded chicken. Excellent diluted in a little olive oil and served on fresh pasta sprinkled with parmesan or as an accompaniment to white fish pie.
