Shipping

All the tracking information for your online order will be included in the confirmation email. Orders are typically shipped 1-3 days after confirmation and may take 5-7 business days to arrive, depending on your location. For overseas deliveries, shipping can take anywhere from 7-16 days. If you experience any issues with tracking, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at help@mrmarcel.com.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will vary depending on the size and weight of your order, and will be added at checkout. Some items are restricted in certain countries, you will be contacted if your order includes any of these. Please note we are unable to ship perishable food items at the moment, these are only available for local delivery (10 mile radius of our store) and store pickup.

We only ship alcohol to California addresses at the moment. We also offer local delivery of alcoholic products via Uber within a 10-mile radius of our store.

If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us right away at help@mrmarcel.com and include a photograph of the damaged contents and the packaging.

We accept returns of unopened and undamaged non-perishable products within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will cover the cost of the item(s) only and do not include the return label or shipping fees. Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days. Please reach out to confirm your return can be processed. see our full policy here.

Local Delivery

All of our items are eligible for same day local delivery (if ordered before 2 PM) , excluding catering items that require 24 hours notice to prepare.

Local delivery is carried out via Doordash, Uber, etc. When your order is picked up you will receive a notification. If you have any concerns or a delivery is late please reach out to us at help@mrmarcel.com or call the store at (323) 605-9205, you will reach a cashier who can direct your call.

Since we many sell products by weight, the total amount may change based on the actual weight you get. A temporary hold is placed for the estimated total, but you'll only be charged for the exact weight. This hold also applies if a replacement item has a different price. We'll confirm any changes with you first, and any extra money held will be refunded once your order is complete.

Alcohol Delivery

A delivery driver or our delivery personnel will check your government-issued ID to confirm you are of legal drinking age before completing the delivery. You must also not be visibly intoxicated.

If you're unable to present a valid ID showing you're of legal drinking age, or if you appear visibly intoxicated, the alcohol order will be deemed undeliverable. In such cases, you won’t receive the alcohol, and we may process a return or refund, depending on the situation.

If your alcohol order is deemed undeliverable due to an issue like age verification or intoxication, we may process a refund or credit according to our policies.
